MEET COURTNEY
Courtney Thomas is a Strategist, Mindfulness Coach, and Subconscious Specialist supporting individuals and executive teams navigating high pressure environments, significant growth, and increased visibility.
Based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Courtney brings over a decade of experience in nervous system regulation, emotional wellbeing, and mindful living. She helps individuals strengthen conscious leadership, communication, emotional regulation, and self trust during periods of expansion and change. Her work has supported individuals, including professional athletes, reality television personalities, actors, and corporate leaders seeking to stay grounded while the demands around them continue to evolve.
Through practices rooted in mindfulness, movement, and self inquiry, Courtney guides people back into relationship with themselves. She creates spaces where individuals feel safe to slow down, process honestly, and reconnect with the values and inner wisdom that guide who they are beyond performance, pressure, or perception.
Through workshops, retreats, memberships, and one on one coaching, Courtney helps people stay connected to themselves while life expands around them.
“I am on a mission for every human on this planet to be in the full authentic expression of who they truly are. For every human to embrace their truth and light up the world with their presence.”

WHY THIS WORK EXISTS
Courtney’s work was born through lived experience and moments that required her to slow down, listen deeply, and choose presence over performance. Through seasons of grief, burnout, and disconnection, she learned firsthand that no external achievement can replace a relationship with your inner world.
What began as personal healing evolved into a devotion to creating spaces where others could return to themselves — without pressure, perfection, or spiritual bypassing.
Today, her work centers on helping people step out of striving and back into alignment, trust, and embodied truth — one honest moment at a time.
